Sky Scrapers Team Fitness 2010

For the first 5 weeks for term 3 we have been doing fitness circuit training. Some of the activities included Tennis Ball Run, Hoop Step, Skipping and Shuttle Run the following is my recording sheet. I think my fitness did improve because it was easier every time.
