My ANZAC work with ages and ranks

This is my ANZAC DAY work with the AGES and the RANKS  and some WONDERINGS and some COMMENTS.
                                        
                                                Ages
19 years old = 1 person died that age.
20 years old = 7 people died that age.
21 years old = 13 people died that age.
22 years old = 8 people died that age.
23 years old = 8 people died that age.
24 years old = 9 people died that age.
25 years old = 6 people died that age.
26 years old = 4 people died that age.
27 years old = 5 people died that age.
28 years old = 4 people died that age.
29 years old = 6 people died that age.
30 years old = 2 people died that age.
31 years old = 3 people died that age.
32 years old = 1 person died that age.
34 years old = 1 person died that age.
35 years old= 1 person died that age.
36 years old = 1 person died that age.
37 years old = 1 person died that age.
38 years old = 3 people died that age.
40 years old = 1 person died that age.
41 years old = 1 person died that age.
44 years old = 2 people died that age.

                                                    WONDERINGS
Why is there a 19 year old?
How many survived in war that are still alive?
Why did they they choose to be in the army?
Who was the youngest in the army?
Who was the oldest in the army?


                                                 COMMENTS
Well I think it is hard decision to go and fight war and may never come back or just go and defend their country( e.g. New Zealand). For the people that did go should feel very proud of themselves for defending their country.



WOW a person that was 19 in the army impressive.

Why are all the ranks called that?
Why does the privates have loads more than the other ranks?
Why do they have ranks?
What do they mean?
